 The Roxbury Arts Group Celebrates 35 Years of Great Arts Programming with Caravan of Thieves

Opening their 35th summer season of bringing the arts to the region, The Roxbury Arts Group has confirmed that this Memorial Day Weekend, Caravan of Thieves, self proclaimed gypsy-swinging-serenading-firebreathing-circus-freaks, will overtake the Roxbury Arts Center with their charismatic blend of gypsy jazz, 1930’s swing and contempoary pop.

35 years ago, a group of community members gathered around a kitchen table in Roxbury and began to dream of an organization that would celebrate and make the arts accessible right here in the Catskills. That organization became the Roxbury Arts Group, and this year the organization is celebrating its 35th Anniversary with an exciting season of performances, events and workshops for all to enjoy
