Writers in the Mountains will present a gala reading and fundraiser at the Roxbury Arts Group. The gala reading will include readings from recent works, written in various classes offered by Writers in the Mountains: personal essays, memoirs and poems. There will be a printed book of this collection offered for sale as well.
Writers who will be presenting their pieces have shown that they are worthy of presenting thought-provoking material often confronting serious issues as well as offering lighter pieces. They have a tremendous ability to write with clarity, strength and beauty. The audience is never disappointed. At the last gala the house was packed!
