PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Roxbury Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Section 274 of the Town Law on the application(s) of

Jim Peters Landscaping LLC– Tax Map #157.2-1-26.1 – 54766 State Hwy 30
Description of Project: erecting a new 2400 SF garage

for the approval of a Site Plan Review.

SAID HEARING will be held on August 21, 2024 at the Roxbury Town Hall, 56 Hillcrest Drive Roxbury, NY at 7:30 pm, at which time all interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard.

Any and all citizens are invited to attend this Public Hearing. It is the policy of the Town of Roxbury not to discriminate on the basis of disability.
