NOTICE

The Town of Roxbury is seeking sealed bids for the sale of a 1991 Caterpillar CS563 84” wide single smooth drum vibratory soil roller.  Features include: hydrostatic transmission and 3116 – 6 cylinder diesel engine.  Has 5028 hours.  Bids must be marked as “ROLLER BID” and received at the Town Clerk’s Office, 53690 State Hwy. 30, PO Box 189, Roxbury, NY  12474 before 2:00 pm on April 8, 2013 at which time they will be opened.  Any award will be made at the regular meeting of the Town Board to be held that evening at 7:30 pm at the Grand Gorge Civic Center.
