UNAPPROVED MINUTES
ROXBURY HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
A meeting of the Roxbury Historic Preservation Commission was held April 18, 2015, at 10:36 a.m. at the Roxbury Town Hall. Present Lewis Wendell, Chairman, Commission Members Nicole Haroldson, Michael Mathis. Also present Carolynn Faraci, Commission Clerk.
On motion of Michael Mathis, seconded by Nicole Haroldson January’s minutes were approved as presented.

On motion of Michael Mathis, seconded by Lewis Wendell approved demolition application submitted by Frank Adamiak for demolition of out building located on Golf Course Road.

O’Connor Grant was obtained for the Historic Plaque program. The grant was in the amount of $5,000.
Lewis Wendell is going to talk with Margaret Ellsworth about the submissions of invoices and reimbursement process.
Historic Plaques ceremony will be held on May 25, 2015. Brochures will be handed out at that time. Press release will be on May 8, 2015. Lewis Wendell has the press release.
Commission members present at the meeting directed the Roxbury Historic Preservation Commission Clerk, Carolynn Faraci to redesign the application.
On motion of Michael Mathis, seconded by Nicole Haroldson meeting adjourned at 11:25 a.m.
