Notice - Change in 2016 Grievance Day
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF GRIEVANCE DAY
Pursuant to Section 527 of the Real Property Tax Law.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to unforeseen circumstances that the Hearing of Complaints, (GRIEVANCE DAY) originally scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 26, 2016, at the Roxbury Town Hall has been re-scheduled.
HEARING OF COMPLAINTS
The Acting Board of Assessment Review will meet on Thursday June 16, 2016 between the hours of 4 PM and 8 PM at the Roxbury Town Hall, in said Town to hear and examine all complaints in relationship to assessments on the written application, correctly filled out, accompanied with the required data of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
Written complaint forms will be accepted until 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 16, 2016 and should be filed with the town assessor or with the Delaware County Real Property Tax Services Office at 111 Main Street, Suite 8, Delhi, New York 13753.
