NOTICE OF BID

The Town of Roxbury is seeking sealed bids for the sale of a 1979 International Truck, without dump body, 671 Detroit Diesel, 5 speed transmission and 2 speed rear end.  The vehicle is being sold “as is”.  Please contact Neil German, Hwy. Supt. 607-326-4222 for more information.  Bids must be received before 2:00 pm on August 5, 2016 at the Town Clerk’s Office, PO Box 189, 53690 State Hwy. 30, Roxbury, NY  12474 at which time they shall be opened.  Any award will be made at the August 8, 2016 Town Board meeting at 7:30 pm at the Grand Gorge Civic Center.  The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
