Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting will be held by the Town of Roxbury Planning Board on October 7, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. at the Roxbury Town Hall, located at 53690 NY-30, Roxbury, NY, to conduct regular Planning Board business, including consideration of a resolution to allow the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) to act as SEQRA Lead Agency for the Hughes Energy, LLC Project located at 100 Greene Del Lane, Roxbury, New York.
