NOTICE

The Town of Roxbury Historic Preservation Commission meeting scheduled for July 15, 2022 is
canceled due to not having a quorum of members to meet. The next quarterly meeting of the
Commission is scheduled for October 21, 2022 at 10:00 am at the new Town Hall address 56
Hillcrest Drive, Roxbury, NY.

NOTICE
Town of Roxbury, New York

Effective June 22, 2022, Town of Roxbury Town Hall Offices for Supervisor, Town Clerk,
Assessor, Building Inspector, Planning Dept. and Parks Dept. have moved to 56 Hillcrest Drive,
Roxbury NY. This will also affect meetings as follows:
Town Board – will continue to meet the second Mondays of the month at 7:00 pm except for
January when they will meet the first day back from New Year’s and November when they shall
meet the Thursday after General Election Day and will meet at the new Town Hall, 56 Hillcrest
Drive, Roxbury, NY and except for April and August when they will continue to meet at the Grand
Gorge Civic Center, 60933 State Hwy 30, Grand Gorge, NY. Videoconferencing will be used and
access information will be available on the Town website www.roxburyny.com prior to the
meeting.
Planning Board – will continue to meet the third Wednesdays of the month at 7:30 pm and they
will meet at the new Town Hall, 56 Hillcrest Drive, Roxbury, NY.
Historic Preservation Commission – will continue to meet the third Fridays of January, April,
July and October at 10:00 am and they will meet at the new Town Hall, 56 Hillcrest Drive,
Roxbury, NY.
