NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF ROXBURY

The Town of Roxbury will be holding a public hearing on the Town of Roxbury’s Restore NY
application for the rehabilitation to the former Reed’s Hotel on January 3, 2023, at 5:55 pm at the
Roxbury Town Hall located at 56 Hillcrest Drive, Roxbury, NY. The property to be rehabilitated
with Restore NY Funds is located at 53568 State Highway 30, Roxbury, NY. Any and all citizens
are invited to attend this Public Hearing. It is the policy of the Town of Roxbury not to discriminate
