NOTICE OF FILING OF COMPLETED ASSESSMENT ROLL
Pursuant to Section 516 of the Real Property Tax Law, Notice is hereby given that the Final Assessment Roll for the Town of Roxbury, County of Delaware, for the year 2014 has been completed by the undersigned Assessor. A certified copy thereof will be filed in the office of the Town Clerk on the 1st day of July, 2014, where the same will remain open to public inspection. Assessment information may also be seen and examined on the Roxbury website, here.

Grievance Day: May 29, 2014
Grievance Day is the one day each year that the Board of Assessment Review meets to hear formal complaints regarding property assessments.
The Board has the authority to change an assessment if they determine a change is warranted.
Grievance forms must be filed on or before Grievance Day and are available at the Roxbury Assessor’s office or through the links below.
The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Thursday, May 29, 2014 between the hours of 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm at the Roxbury Town Hall.
