Planning Board Public Hearing
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Roxbury Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application of
Omri Behr – Tax Map #243.-3-11.2 – Red Kill Rd. – 3 lot subdivision for the approval of a subdivision plat.
SAID HEARING will be held on July 15, 2020 at the Roxbury Town Hall, 53690 State Hwy. 30, Roxbury, NY at 7:30 pm, at which time all interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard. The public will also have remote access to the public hearing as part of the Town’s COVID-19 response plan using the following Zoom Meeting link or dial in phone number and conference ID:

The Town of Roxbury Town Hall is now open under New York State’s Phase 2 Re-Opening plan. Face masks are required to be worn and 6 ft social distancing is required. The Town Board will hold their regular monthly meeting at the Town Hall on June 8, 2020 at 7:00 pm. Very limited seating will be available for the public.

The Town of Roxbury Planning Board meeting scheduled for Wednesday May 20, 2020 at 7:30 pm at the Town Hall has been canceled due to having no business to discuss and Covid-19 precautions. The next meeting of the Planning Board is scheduled for June 17, 2020 at 7:30 pm at the Town Hall.
