The Monthly meeting of the Roxbury Town Board will be held on July 12⋅7:00 – 9:00pm in the Roxbury Town hall. Due to limited space the meeting will also be available via zoom. Pursuant to Section 516 of the Real Property Tax Law, Notice is hereby given that the Final Assessment Roll for the Town of Roxbury, County of Delaware, for the year 2021 has been completed by the undersigned Assessor. A certified copy thereof will be filed in the office of the Town Clerk on the 1st day of July, 2021, where the same will remain open to public inspection.

PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING
TOWN OF ROXBURY RESIDENTS
The Town of Roxbury is expected to receive funds from the Covid Relief Legislation recently passed in the U.S. Congress. There has been no specific funding amount but the Roxbury Town Council is reaching out to residents to get ideas on how best to direct that money. Share your ideas at an information gathering meeting on Wednesday June 16th at 6PM at the Kirkside Barn or on Zoom. Bring a chair or log on and join your fellow neighbors from Roxbury, Denver, and Grand Gorge to hear and discuss their ideas. There are stipulations on what the money can be spent on and this will be discussed at the beginning of the meeting. All ideas are welcome and appreciated. NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Roxbury, Delaware County, New York, has completed the 2020 Annual Water Quality Reports required by NYS Dept. of Health, for the Roxbury, Grand Gorge and Denver Water Districts. Copies of the reports will be mailed to all water customers. Copies of the reports are also available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office, 53690 State Hwy. 30, Roxbury, NY, during regular business hours.
