PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Roxbury Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing,
pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application of:
Harriet Smith Living Trust – Tax Map #179.1-1-44 at 2175 County Hwy 41 – 2 Lot Subdivision
for the approval of a subdivision plat.
SAID HEARING will be held on July 20, 2022 at the new Roxbury Town Hall, 56 Hillcrest
Drive, Roxbury, NY at 7:30 pm, at which time all interested persons will have the opportunity to
be heard.
It is the policy of the Town of Roxbury not to discriminate on the basis of disability. Please

that time, hours will be as follows :
Monday June 20 CLOSED
Tuesday June 21 CLOSED
Wednesday June 22 Operating out of new Town Hall
8 am – 9:45 am
9:45 am – 10:15 Violence Prevention Training
10:15 am – rest of day Regular Hours
Thursday June 23 and forward – Regular Hours
