GRBA Monthly Business Mixer – February 24 at 5:30 pm at T Bar Saloon
Greater Roxbury Business Association (GRBA) invites you to its monthly business mixer and networking event Tuesday, February 24 at 5:30 p.m., at T Bar Saloon, 50500 State Highway 30. Dare to Share – Roxbury Dream Campaign will continue this year with dreamers and doers, sharing new ideas and projects, and engaging the community in an inspiring dialogue.
Dare to Share – Roxbury Dream Campaign features people with great ideas and dreams of becoming entrepreneurs as well as established business leaders in an attempt to inspire others to do the same. On February 24 Roxbury and Margaretville business owners who participated in the Valentine’s Day shared promotion initiative will reveal the response to this campaign. Peg Ellsworth, Executive Director of MARK Project, will talk about the upcoming MARK Main Street Boot Camp. Tabitha Gilmore-Barnes will discuss a survey from Cornell Cooperative Extension to gauge interest in a direct farmer-to-consumer selling program. And, GRBA’s Branding Committee will discuss the next steps in Roxbury’s branding campaign. There will be time for community announcements as well.
This event is free and open to the public – you do not have to be a member to attend. There will be free refreshments and a cash bar. A suggested donation of $10 will help GRBA advance its mission to continue to foster economic development opportunities in Roxbury.
