DRI Local Planning Committee Meeting

The Grand Gorge & Roxbury Downtown Revitalization Initiative Local Planning Committee will hold its first meeting on May 20th from 5-7 pm at the Town of Roxbury Town Hall, 56 Hillcrest Drive, Roxbury, NY 12474. The meeting is open to the public. Grand Gorge & Roxbury received $10,000,000 from the New York Department of State to invest in revitalization projects. Come learn about the program and how you can participate. The meeting will include a working session of the Local Planning Committee and an opportunity for questions and comments from the public.  For more information visit the website: www.grandgorgeroxburydri.com. A zoom link for the meeting will be provided on the website and on the Town of Roxbury’s website.

The Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) is led by the Department of State, in close partnership with Empire State Development, NYS Homes and Community Renewal and New York State Energy Research and Development Authority.

JUSTICE COURT CLERK
Town of Roxbury

The Town of Roxbury is seeking applications for the position of part-time Justice Court Clerk.  Duties include, but are not limited to: ability to handle sensitive materials on a confidential basis, data processing, bookkeeping, management of court records, collecting fees, providing support to judges, reporting to New York State and knowledge of the NYS computer program system is beneficial but training will be available. Employment applications are available on the Town website www.roxburyny.com, at the Town Clerk’s Office, 56 Hillcrest Drive, PO Box 189, Roxbury, NY or by calling the Town Clerk at 607-326-7641. YOUR WATER WILL NOT BE TURNED OFF TO DO THIS WORK

One lane traffic will be in effect:

Vega Mountain Rd. from State Hwy 30 intersection to the first bend in Vega Mountain Rd. (approximately 200 feet in length)

Wednesday March 20 through Friday March 22

7:30 am – 3:30 pm
