PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Roxbury Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on the application of

William Walcutt – Tax Map #179.-1-41.111 – Hall Rd. – 3 lot subdivision

Vangelatos/Toufexis – Tax Map #180.-1-38 – George Lawrence Rd. – 2 lot subdivision

for the approval of a subdivision plat.

SAID HEARING will be held on November 18, 2020 at the Roxbury Town Hall, 53690 State Hwy. 30, Roxbury, NY at 7:30 pm, at which time all interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard. The public will also have remote access to the public hearing as part of the Town’s COVID-19 response plan using the following Zoom Meeting link or dial in phone number and conference ID:
